Is the e-signature legally valid?
Electronic signatures are accepted for employment offers in most countries. Each signed letter keeps a record of the time, email and device used.
Can we revise an offer after sending?
Yes. Send a revised version and the earlier one is withdrawn, with both kept on record.
Can candidates decline online?
Yes. They can decline from the same link, with an optional reason that feeds into Hiring Reports.
